Cancellation Policy
Studio Apri has a strict cancellation policy that requires 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or changes to your appointment. Failure to notify of cancellation or change within 24 hours will result in a 50% fee for scheduled service(s). A late arrival or missed appointment will result in a 100% fee for scheduled service.
If you are late we will try our best to accommodate but this may result in a missed appointment fee and rescheduling your appointment if we feel we cannot perform the service(s) with the remaining time available.
Right To Refuse Service
Studio Apri has the right to refuse service at any time. The comfort and safety of our team and guests is our priority. If a client is demonstrating inappropriate or aggressive behaviour, we will stop performing the service(s) at any time during the appointment.
We will also refuse service requests if our stylists do not feel comfortable, or we feel that the requested services will compromise hair health.
We always do our best to come up with another solution if the original request cannot be performed.

No returns, certain items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, see exchange policy.
In-Salon Exchange Policy
Product/Hot tools exchanges are available within 7 days of purchase.
All hair accessories and brushes/combs are final sale.
