Pick-up windows: Wednesday-Friday 8:30 am-7:00 pm, Saturday 8:30 am-3:00 pm. Same Day Pick-up available during business hours.

Shipping

Shipping is currently only available within Canada. We currently do not ship to Quebec.

The Shipping rate is a flat rate of $14.95, free shipping over $150 with code FREESHIPPING

Orders will be shipped within 3-4 business days.

Please ensure the shipping address is correct as we cannot redirect orders once they have been sent. In the case of an incorrect shipping address, additional costs will be incurred by the customer.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may occur.

Orders shipped to P.O. box addresses, rural postal codes or remote locations may take longer to arrive.

Orders may only be shipped to one address. Orders requiring multiple addresses will require separate orders.

No returns, certain items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, see exchange policy.

Online Purchases

All online purchases are final sale.

In-Salon Exchange Policy

Product/Hot tools exchanges are available within 7 days of purchase.

All hair accessories and brushes/combs are final sale.

Refunds

All services, gift certificates, classes, and retail items are not refundable, however, in some cases may be transferable. Please contact us for details. 519.417.2274.

Taxes

Taxes are not displayed on website, shipping charges and taxes will be calculated and displayed on the Order Summary page.
